INGREDIENTS
- 3 large ripe bananas

Instructions
* Prepare pan and preheat oven: Butter the inside of a 5x9-inch loaf pan. Preheat oven at 350f
* Mash bananas: Using a fork to purée bananas.
* Mix all wet ingredients and sugar: Place the banana into a large mixing bowl. Stir the melted butter. Stir in the brown sugar and salt. Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla extract.
* Mix all dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda.
