INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup of tomato diced
- 1 tsp cumin (ground fresh seed)
- 1 tsp coriander (ground fresh seed)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp salt (use as needed)
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder or red Thai paste
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a saucepan except the cream. Cook all ingredients at medium heat for 30 minutes. Use a blender to mix the soup then add heavy cream. Enjoy with naan bread!
