This is one of my stir fry recipe chinese style. You can modify any ingredients to make it your own. It’s simple when you don’t have a lot of time to cook, always do a stir fry with soya sauce and hoisin sauce.
Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breast cubed (can be any protein)
4 cups of frozen veggies (can be fresh also) it was carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
2 cups of fresh bok choy
1 cup bean sprout
2 Thai chili minced
1 garlic clove minced
3 green onions
1 tbls minced ginger
2 tbls fresh basil leaves
2 pack of ramen noodle style. (I use the pre-cooked rice noodle package)
3 tbls sauce sauce
2 tbls hoisin sauce.
Instructions
The best advice for stir fry it’s to prep everything before you start your wok. Also the cooking order of the veggies is very very important (who wants a soggy bok choy 🥬)
First sauté garlic, green onion, pepper, ginger in oil for 1 min, add chicken and frozen veggies and add half soya sauce. Sauté until chicken is almost cooked then add bok choy. Sauté another 2 minutes
Then add bean sprout and the cooked noodle, add all the sauce, mix really well, finish your touch with cut fresh basil and it’s ready to eat. It’s a recipe that is easy to modify just don’t forget not all vegetable have the same cooking time.
